He leverages industrial and organizational psychology, including tools like Lewin's change model, to drive impactful change within organizations. Corey specializes in addressing issues related to race, trauma, gender, and human rights, helping organizations move from dialogue to actionable plans with an emphasis on empathy and equity. His work primarily serves the Pacific Northwest.
